Role: Senior Sales Manager

o Identifying & Recruiting potential Insurance Consultants or Advisors

o Driving business targets through Insurance Advisors

o Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity

o Preparing strategy & achieving targets on monthly, quarterly & annual basis

o Driving various competitions and club memberships

Education + Experience

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates having MBA in Marketing and able to do the

Business Development, Liaising and networking with a range of Clients / Customers including Consultants, Contractors, Architects, Builders, Corporate clients, C&F Agents, Dealers, Sub-dealers, Retailers, Plumbers, Customers, Colleagues, site visits, individual house owners, Government Departments etc
