Position Overview

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that enhance our product distribution and drive revenue growth. We are seeking professionals who are results-oriented, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve targets consistently.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to various regions across India.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Develop Distribution & Channel network, Appoint Distributors, and manage their account.
  • Primary & Secondary sales, Generating revenues from the given territories.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
