Job Summary:
The Product Executive will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle of medical devices, ensuring market competitiveness, and supporting the sales team with technical knowledge and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the technical aspects of the medical device and the commercial requirements of the market.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the introduction, growth, and maturity phases of assigned medical devices.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, track competitor activities, and identify gaps in the market to suggest new product additions.
• Sales Support: Provide technical training to the sales team and accompany them on high-priority client visits/demonstrations.
• Marketing Collateral: Create brochures, product manuals, and digital content to promote the medical devices.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for procurement, pricing, and technical specifications.
• Compliance: Ensure all products meet the regulatory standards and certifications required for medical devices in India.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from doctors and hospitals to improve product offerings.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduation in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences. An MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management is a huge plus.
