Job Description-
1. Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting clients to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
2. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering client’s queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, negotiating with clients, scheduling marketing events.
3. Handling orders by phone, E mail, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices,discounts, and product numbers.
4. Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to client’s requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
6. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
7. Hiring and training sales staffs and ensuring staffs meet their quotas and goals. 8. Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential clients as possible.
