Key Responsibilities:
• Sell the protein supplements through various channels
• Own and deliver on sales revenue goals - Manage and grow existing customer base
• Acquire new customers through active prospection
• Implement the sales action plan, review and analyze variances periodically and
initiating corrective actions to ensure the achievement of targets
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Regular Collection of sales realization and reconciliation of outstanding
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Candidate Profile:
• Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales in Nutraceutical, Pharma, and FMCG
Industry
• Strong negotiation and sales skills with an ability to communicate across different levels
• Good communication & interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide
Both positive and negative feedback effectively
• Experience with customer service and good problem-solving skills
