Job Description

We are looking for a Business Head who thinks like a founder — someone who can take complete ownership of our e-commerce and quick commerce business and scale it aggressively.
 
This is not a management role. This is a revenue ownership role.
 
You will be responsible for growing Bestor across marketplaces, building strong platform relationships, managing P&L, and driving profitable scale.
 
 
What You Will Own
 
1. Revenue Growth
• Own and drive e-commerce revenue across all marketplaces.
• Build strategies to scale sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, Popclub and emerging platforms.
 
2. Platform Relationships
• Build strong relationships with category managers and account managers on all platforms.
• Negotiate visibility, deals, campaigns, and platform support.
 
3. Joint Business Plans
• Build and execute monthly and quarterly Joint Business Plans (JBP) with platforms to accelerate growth.
 
4. End-to-End Business Ownership
• Own the complete marketplace P&L including:
• Revenue
• COGS
• Marketing spend
• Platform commissions
• Profitability
 
5. Marketplace Operations
• Lead the execution of:
• Listings & catalog management
• Pricing strategy
• Promotions & deal planning
• Inventory planning
 
6. Quick Commerce Growth
• Build and scale Bestor on quick commerce platforms.
• Drive faster product discovery and higher sell-through.
 
7. Data & Performance
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, category rank, and repeat purchases.
 
8. Advertising & Growth
• Plan and optimize paid campaigns across:
• Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD)
• Flipkart Ads (PLA, PCA)
• Ensure strong ROAS and profitable growth.
 
9. Budget & Profitability
• Allocate and manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and profitability.
 
10. Build the Team
• Build and lead the e-commerce growth team including operations, performance marketing, and platform management.
