Job Description
- Handle domestic calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' issues, and offering solutions promptly.
- Process customer requests efficiently using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to update records accurately.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address complex customer issues related to banking products or services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve performance metrics.
Job Requirements :
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi; ability to work on voice processes (inbound/outbound).
- Proficiency in processing transactions via phone calls; familiarity with CRM systems an added advantage.
