The ideal candidate should have experience in Paint Shop and be familiar with new technologies.

Job Profile-

• To be responsible for managing the end-to-end function of the paint shop from Material Planning to finished product.
• Responsible for Monitoring Production Planning as per Dispatch plan, Planning Implementation, and Effectiveness.
• To be Responsible for Monitoring Production and Quality Losses.
• To be Responsible for Manufacturing good Quality products and Improving in process Improving Quality and Production.
• Responsible for Managing good Housekeeping and Finish Product Inventory.
• Responsible for monitoring Material handover to QC for Inspection, Rejection Material status, Action taken for Daily basis rejection rework and Reducing Rejection from manufacturing.
• Good knowledge and overall experience in powder coating or enamel coating.
• Overall responsibility for the daily management of all Labor resources within the paint shop area.
• Ensuring zero or minimal defect.
• Timely circulation of MIS either by self or through the team.
