Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Amazon Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead the growth and optimization of our Amazon Accelerator brand. This role requires expertise in “Amazon PPC, SEO, listing optimization, demand forecasting, and external traffic strategies” to maximize sales and brand visibility. 

You will work closely with Amazon’s Sourcing, Category, Compliance, and Seller teams, ensuring that our brand meets performance goals. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Growth & Performance Optimization

- Develop and execute Sales Strategies to drive revenue growth. 

- Monitor and optimize Pricing, Promotions, and Advertising to improve conversion rates. 

- Track and analyze KPIs: ACOS, TACOS, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, etc. 

2. Amazon Advertising & Promotions

- Manage Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and DSP campaigns. 

- Plan and execute Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Amazon promotions. 

- Leverage Brand Referral Bonus (ABRB) & external traffic for additional sales. 

3. Product Listing & SEO Optimization

- Conduct Keyword Research’ and optimize Titles, Bullet Points, Descriptions, and A+ content. 

- Ensure listings meet Amazon’s SEO best practices for better organic ranking. 

4. Inventory & Demand Planning

- Work with operations to ensure stock availability and prevent stockouts. 

- Manage FBA/FBM shipments, forecasts, and restocking efficiently. 

5. Brand Compliance & Amazon Policy Adherence

- Ensure all listings comply with Amazon’s guidelines to avoid suspensions. 

- Handle listing issues, customer reviews, and account health monitoring.

6. Growth Marketing & External Traffic

- Explore Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer marketing, and affiliate partnerships. 

- Experiment with off-Amazon strategies to drive traffic and increase sales. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

E-commerce & Amazon Expertise:

- 3-6 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central & Advertising Console. 

- Strong understanding of Amazon algorithms (A9), SEO, and conversion optimization. 

Amazon PPC & Performance Marketing:

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (PPC, DSP), Google Ads, and Meta Ads. 

- Strong data analysis skills to optimize Ad spend and ROAS. 

SEO & Listing Optimization:

- Ability to craft High-converting product descriptions & A+ Content. 

- Proficiency in Keyword research & listing ranking strategies. 

Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset:

- Experience using **Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Studio, or Excel for data analysis. 

- Strong ability to interpret data insights and drive growth strategies. 

Problem-Solving & Compliance Management:

- Familiarity with Amazon’s policies, listing suspensions, & reinstatement processes. 

- Experience handling **account health monitoring & brand protection. 

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

- Experience with External traffic strategies (Meta Ads, Google Ads, affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations).

- Amazon Advertising Certifications (Preferred but not required).
