We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Consultant to join his team and help drive his online sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing e-commerce operations and will be responsible for the following key areas:
• Catalogue Management: Oversee and manage product catalogs across various e-commerce platforms.
• Performance Reporting: Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Inventory & Demand Planning: Utilize Demand Rate Replenishment (DRR) for accurate inventory and demand forecasting.
• Keywords & SEO Management: Optimize keywords and SEO, and run targeted ads to enhance visibility.
• Market Analysis: Track targeted categories, monitor shopping trends, and identify gaps to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Points of Contact (POCs) in various marketplaces and sales channels to boost visibility and revenue.
• Order Processing & Monitoring: Oversee order processing, dispatching, and allocation, while coordinating with the operations team to monitor receipts and expenses.
• Marketplace Expertise: Leverage hands-on knowledge of various marketplace portals and their functionalities.
• Category Management: Collaborate with e-commerce category managers to enhance product placement and visibility (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit).
• Portal Onboarding: Ensure the onboarding of new portals and provide monthly reports to top management on progress.
