Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar & Schedule Management
? Manage and prioritize executive calendars
? Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
? Coordinate internal and external meetings
2. Communication & Coordination
? Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
? Draft emails, presentations, and reports
? Handle confidential information with discretion
3. Meeting & Follow-ups
? Prepare meeting agendas and take MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
? Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups
? Coordinate cross-functional communication
4. Administrative Support
? Maintain documents, reports, and records
? Support in vendor coordination and office management tasks
? Assist in project coordination as required
5. Strategic Support
? Conduct basic research and data compilation
? Support leadership in execution of strategic initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
? 1–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Strong organizational and time-management skills
? Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
? High level of professionalism and confidentiality
