Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar & Schedule Management
Manage and prioritize executive calendars
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external meetings
2. Communication & Coordination
Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Draft emails, presentations, and reports
Handle confidential information with discretion
3. Meeting & Follow-ups
Prepare meeting agendas and take MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate cross-functional communication
4. Administrative Support
Maintain documents, reports, and records
Support in vendor coordination and office management tasks
Assist in project coordination as required
5. Strategic Support
Conduct basic research and data compilation
Support leadership in the execution of strategic initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
