We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Manager who will be responsible for managing accounting operations with a focus on accurate accounting policies, financial records, and banking activities.

The role involves handling critical finance functions in close coordination with the Finance Director, ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including vouchers and entries

Maintain and monitor bank records and reconciliations

Handle financial transactions and documentation

Coordinate with banks for account-related matters and facilities

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Prepare and maintain financial reports and records

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes

Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments

Track and manage payable cheques issued

Assist the sales team with fortnightly updates on pending receivables

Assist in audits and financial reviews

Ensure timely and accurate GST and statutory compliance

Requirements
 Bcom Compulsory.

5+ years of experience in accounting/finance roles

Strong understanding of accounting principles and banking processes

Experience with Tally or similar accounting software

Good knowledge of GST and compliance

CA / CA Inter / CA pursuing candidates preferred
