Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on expanding our international market presence in the Ayurvedic Medicines, Personal Care, and Commodity sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export sales, be familiar with international markets, and possess experience in lead generation, trade fair participation, and export documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

International Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets for Ayurvedic products, personal care items, and commodities.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Generate leads, nurture relationships, and follow up on potential sales opportunities to achieve export sales targets.
Export Documentation: Handle all export-related documentation and compliance requirements to ensure smooth order processing and shipment.
Trade Fair Participation: Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences to promote products and build new business relationships.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and customers.
Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed export sales targets in the assigned industries.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities in target markets.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely fulfillment of export orders and customer satisfaction.
Pricing & Negotiation: Set competitive pricing strategies for international markets and negotiate contracts with clients to secure favorable terms.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Export Salesin industries such as Ayurvedic medicines, personal care, or commodity
Knowledge of international markets, including market entry strategies and distribution channels.
Proven experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing sales with international clients.
Familiarity with export documentationprocesses, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience in participating in international trade fairsand exhibitions.
Strong negotiationand communication skills with a track record of building lasting relationships.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel internationallyas needed.
Skills:

Export Documentation: Understanding of export laws, regulations, and paperwork required for international shipments.
Market Research & Analysis: Ability to analyze and evaluate market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales acumen and the ability to negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with international clients and partners.
Problem Solving: Analytical and proactive problem-solving abilities to overcome sales and market entry challenges.
