Education-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a
related field. Proven experience (10 years) in interior design, with a focus on
residential or commercial projects.

Will lead and oversee the interior design department within our organization. You will be responsible for managing a team of interior designers, coordinating projects, ensuring design excellence, and providing creative direction. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the successful execution of interior design projects,
meeting client expectations and delivering outstanding results.

- Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
Knowledge of rendering software is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.
- Strong project management abilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and
resource allocation.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with
clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
