Production Manager (Tea)

Key Responsibilities:

· Production Oversight:

o Manage daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient operations.

o Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource use.

o Monitor production processes and adjust as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.

· Quality Control:

o Ensure that tea products meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements.

o Implement and oversee quality control procedures, including sampling, testing, and inspection.

o Address and resolve any quality issues or defects promptly.

· Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

o Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.

o Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the timely availability of materials.

o Monitor and manage production costs to adhere to budgetary constraints.

· Compliance and Reporting:

o Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including food safety, environmental, and labor laws.

o Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management.

o Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

· Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Production Management, or a related field.

· Experience:

o At least 5 years of experience in a production management role in tea industry.
