We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive for a leading Building Materials company in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales within the building materials, construction, or infrastructure sector and be capable of developing new business while maintaining strong client relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and builders.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in the Hyderabad market.

• Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and builders to promote building material products.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.

• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.

• Submit daily sales reports and market feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 0–5 years of sales experience in Building Materials, Construction Materials, Cement, Tiles, Plywood, Steel, Paints, Hardware, Pipes, or related products.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of the Hyderabad market.

• Willingness to travel for field sales.

• Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
