Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
· Engaging with Government Officials and technical experts.
· Generating leads, comprehending client requirements, liaising with overseas partners, and submitting proposals.
· Delivering technical presentations showcasing how products meet client needs.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients in various sectors.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
· Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
· Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales and service delivery.
· Track sales metrics and prepare reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services.
Requirements:
· Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
· Bachelor's degree in engineering; a Management degree in marketing and sales is a plus.
· Own conveyance is preferred.
· 2-5 years of experience, with preference given to those with prior experience in European/Scandinavian companies.
