 Installing, testing, demonstrations and calibrating and of medical equipment 
? Service and repair of medical equipment 
? Training end users 
? Ensuring & maintaining safe operations. 
? Work on new technologies / equipment by conducting tests while ensuring adherence to codes and making 
modifications. 

? Responsible for Component level / Board level repair of Ultrasound / Color Doppler machine at customer 
premises / Service Centre during warranty and post warranty period. 
? Responsible for live demo of our products / customer training. Should be able to handle customer queries 
during demo. 
? Responsible for selling AMC to customers, providing service against AMC and collection of Repair / AMC dues 
from customer.
