Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Textile CAD Designer with 4-5 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative print designs, color separations, and technical layouts, specifically tailored for the textile export market.

Key Responsibilities
Design Creation: Develop original prints, patterns, and graphics for textiles using CAD software.

Color Management: Execute precise color matching, colorways, and indexing to meet international buyer standards.

Technical Layouts: Prepare production-ready files, including seamless repeats and technical specifications for printing (Rotary, Flatbed, or Digital).

Trend Analysis: Research and interpret global fashion and home textile trends to create market-relevant designs.

Liaison: Coordinate with the production and sampling departments to ensure design integrity during the manufacturing process.

Portfolio Management: Maintain an organized digital library of artworks, prints, and seasonal collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience as a Textile or Print CAD Designer, ideally within an Export House or a leading Textile firm.

Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and specialized textile software (e.g., NedGraphics, Tex-Graphics, or CoralDraw).

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of textile substrates, printing techniques, and the limitations/capabilities of various fabric types.

Attention to Detail: High precision in creating seamless repeats and managing complex color separations.
