Job Description
➢ Responsible for the implementation of strategic projects relating to business operations
➢ Monitor production throughout on a daily basis
➢ Liaison with all departments to exchange information and use LEAN tools on improving existing manufacturing procedures and systems
➢ Maintain safety standards for all assigned areas by ensuring safety requirements are met and policies are adhered to
➢ Support enhancement of the existent Quality Management System to reach IATF:16949 standard
➢ Co-ordination with quality and store department for preparation of packing standards of goods.
➢ Any other tasks that are given by the Production Manager/ Management.
Education + Experience
➢ Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods & techniques as well as excellent commercial understanding
➢ Highly motivated & self-driven personality who has the necessary stamina to drive operational changes consequently
➢ Analytical and cross-system thinking skills
➢ Assertiveness as well as distinctive goal and solution orientation, Ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
➢ Strong Ethics & Values paired with successful leadership experience
➢ Computer literate in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel and Outlook
➢ Proven ability to manage multiple topics within tight timeframes
➢ Ability to stay focused under pressure and to act quickly on problems
➢ Very good knowledge of English language skills
